If for any unfortunate reason you are not satisfied with an item, we will gladly accept items for exchange within 7 days from the date of sale. Please ensure that the receipt or invoice is intact.
For an online order it usually takes us 3 - 5 weeks to process your return. The shipping charges associated with the return of the merchandise will have to be borne by the client. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except obviously cash payments which will be refunded by the company check.
Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless faulty. Also note that our websites return policy is unlike our in- store purchase policy.

The weight of gold considered will be net of all pearl, stones, lac, dust or any other extraneous material.
For the exchange of diamond jewellery, the valuation of returning item will be 100% of the prevailing gold price plus 100% of prevailing diamond price and 90% on Cash return.
For exchange of plain or antique gold jewellery, the valuation of returning item will be 100% of the prevailing gold value on net weight.
For exchange of Kundan gold Jewellery, the valuation of returning item will be 100% of the prevailing gold value on net weight after deduction of loss and labour.
90% exchange on Uncuts and Real stones , 80% exchange on pearls and beads unless otherwise specified.
10% of exchange value will be returned.
